West Quad Technical University Dublin
Heneghan Peng Architects

Project Information:
The “West Quad” will be home to approximately 4,000 students from the TU Dublin College of Business, the School of Languages and Law and will also house the University Conferring Hall.

Involvement:
Joined after the initial competition scheme to work through the preliminary design to construction documents. Work on the development of the project as a whole through digital/physical modelling, visualizations, and implementation into Revit (site, custom families, sheets) with a key focus on elevation work.

MassDOT South Coast Rail
Fennick McCredie Architecture

Project Information:
South Coast Rail is a project to build a new southern line of the MBTA Commuter Rail system along several abandoned and freight-only rail lines into Southern Massachusetts. 

Involvement:
Initial involvement during the first internship with Fennick McCredie until it was halted and later returned to the project after graduation. Implemented groundwork for Revit site model for new/existing stations, unique Revit families, and primarily drafted construction documents for two stations. Involved with visualization and presentation work.

Bradley International Airport
Fennick McCredie Architecture

Project Information:
Bradley International Airport, the second-largest airport in New England who has continuously worked with Fennick McCredie for various work orders throughout the airport in order to adapt for future expansion.

Involvement:
Several work-orders throughout Bradley particularly pretaining to issues of circulation for arriving passengers and renovating the restrooms throughout the airport. Involved in schematic and design development with visualizations, presentations and drafting.

Newbury Port Intermodal Transit Facility
Fennick McCredie Architecture

Project Information:
The first parking garage in the historic heart of Newburyport to aid in the expansion of a waterfront park and ease traffic.

Involvement:
Preliminary design to early construction documents working with a project architect and principal to produce schemes, drafted documents, presentations, and studies that effect the garage through code and historic tone which the city of Newburyport prescribed to the design.

UMass Boston Parking Garage
Fennick McCredie Architecture

Project Information:
UMass Boston’s first free-standing parking garage with roughly 1,400 sparking spaces that include dedicated spaces for carpoolers, electric vehicles, and persons with disabilities.

Involvement:
Strictly involved with the prelimary design working through various concepts through digital modelling along with the development of the (unbuilt) bridge.

Springfield Technical Community College
Ann Beha Architects

Project Information:
The Springfield Armory National Historic Site began construction from 1846 to 1863, serving as a storehouse and unoccupied for 150 years. In 1967 the College was founded and as the technical community college grew in recent years, the goal of the project was to integrate modern building systems and structural upgrades while maintaining the historic character of the armory.

Involvement:
Supported team during the schematic design phase through historical elevation studies, presentation packages, and digital modelling.

Project Info:
Preservation and renewal of Louis Kahn’s Library at Phillips Exeter Academy.

Involvement:
Early engagement with digitizing scanned drawings in CAD for future development of pilot project.
